Dual Voltage Flat Iron???

Hey Guys,

I'm leaving for England in a couple of weeks (I'm doing a 17 day Contiki tour of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, I'm super excited!). I want to buy a really good flat iron before I go (cause the one I have now is useless) but it needs to be able to handle the 250V overseas.

I'm wondering if any of you know a place in Montreal or Toronto that sells one. I've already ran around town looking for one (I live in Mtl) and haven't been successful yet! I'd buy from online but I'm not sure it would get here in time before I leave. I don't think I can survive without my flat iron!

folica.com sells dual voltage irons, you could try there.

I used to live in Montreal but I don't know exactly where, have you tried calling some salons and seeing if they sell dual voltage irons?

I was worried that I might not get the flat iron in time if I ordered online and I actually visited a few salons on my way home and at the mall near my place. I was surprised that the hair dressers I spoke to didn't even know Europe had a different voltage system. I also tried trade secrets without any luck.

But I finally hit the jackpot when I found a dual voltage Ga.Ma flat iron at the Chatters at the dix30.
