During a makeup test

These pics were taken 2 years ago when I was still at the makeup school. For this time, I wasn't the makeup artist! One of my friend did this sophisticated makeup on me, but I really don't remember the products she used for the face

But for the eyes, she used Fairylite & Maroon Pigment (I fell in love with this one but unfortunately it was a limited edition, and I don't have it

) and as for the lips, it was Ben Nye's Russian Red mix with Maroon Pigment (

sorry... it's the emotion!)

I had only one eye made up when the pic was taken, that's why I hold my makeup palette

The school was really interesting, I've learned lots of things about makeup and related fields (cosmetology, dermatology, art history, painting, drawing etc...). The courses were really complete and we met real makeup artists, not just teachers. I stayed there 2 years, but like all schools, it's only the basic stuff they teach you. You have to be "on location" to make the most of the job.
