electric eel pop?

Can anyone suggest a good base to make the electric eel eyeshadow really pop and keeping its matte look...

UDPP doesnt work....i've tried mac paint pot in painterly and using mac shadestick in beige-ing makes them frosty...

please help

Have you tried NYX Jumbo pencils in Milk ? It's white.

I guess any white eyeliner might do the trick

ohhhh yeah i've heard about the NYX jumbo pencil! how i wish i could get that but i live in the UK, we don't have that brand over here which sucks!....oooooh i could try using a white eyeliner though! thank you
