A very very hot look for you!
My only comment would be this,.. Maybe wet your liner brush with a spritz of fix+ or saline on your brush to make your blacktrack a little "wetter" before doing your "wings" from the outer edges of eyes,.. this will make them less faded out. I think you have made me start lemming Jewel blue!
