I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU ALL....I HAVE A BOYFRIEND WHO WANTS TO GO ON THE I LOVE NEW YORK SO....HE HAS POSTED A BLOG AND EVERYTHING AND WANTS ME TO VOTE.....SAYS ITS PURELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT. I DONT SEE IT AS SUCH...MY THING IS IF YOU CALL YOURSELF MY MAN WHY WOULD YOU BE GOING ON THE I LOVE NEW YORK SHOW LOOKING FOR LOVE EVEN THO YOU SAY YOU DONT EVEN LIKE THE GIRL.....IF YOU CARE AND LOVE ME THE WAY YOU SAY YOU DO WHAT WOULD EVEN PROMPT YOU TO EVEN CONSIDER GOING ON THE SHOW. MY THING IS IF ITS JUST FOR ENTERTAINMENT WHY THE "I LOVE NEW YORK SHOW" WHY NOT THE AMAZING RACE OR THE APPRENTICE IS MY QUESTION. THEN ON THE BLOG YOU HAVE PEOPLE TO VOTE AND HAVE TESTOMINALS ON THE PAGE AND YOU REPLY TO THEM, MAYBE SAYING HEY SEXY OR YOUR SURE ARE CUTE OR WHY DONT YOU POST MORE PICS UP...COME ON...THIS SHOWS TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT TO ME AND THE RELATIONSHIP AND WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE ME VOTING YOU ONTO THE SHOW....I MIGHT AS WELL BE YOUR PIMP, KNOWING THAT IF VOTED ON THE SHOW YOU WILL BE KISSING AND DOING GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE......AND THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO GET UPSET WITH ME FOR NOT "BEING SUPPORTIVE OR VOTING" FOR HIM...WHATS UP WITH THAT...TELL ME YOUR THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS TO THAT

Yeah, no boyfriend of mine would consider doing something that silly for entertainment purposes. If you're not ok with it that's all you need to know and let him know... if he can't respect that then I would reconsider the relationship.

Ok so we all know the whole I Love New York show is totally fake (which is why it's so damn entertaining haha) but the fact is if he were to get casted then he'd have to make out with her and be touchy feel. From what it seems you wouldn't be ok with that. I don't blame you either, I wouldn't. If my boyfriend were to put up a page and all that for the show I'd leave him in a heart beat. Now I'm not saying you should leave your boyfriend, that's just me.

Have you expressed your feelings about it to him? Like actually sat down and had a serious convo about it?!

If my boyfriend were to express an interest in going on I Love New York, I'd kick him to the curb. Well, first I'd say "HELL NO," and then if he insisted, I'd dump him.

Either that, or I'd say "fine, you get to go on TV and kiss her and god knows what else, so I should be free to do the same while you're on the show."

Seriously, put it to him that way. If he's gonna go on there and inevitably have to hook up with Miss NY at least once, then you're gonna hook up with someone while he's still on the show. He doesn't like it? Then he should reconsider going on the show.

I don't know what this show is, we don't have it here (or I've just never seen it), but by the sounds of it, no way would I let my boyfriend do that! If he persisted then....well, I would wish him the best of luck and be out of there

Totally agree. This is not going to make for a happy couple. I think u should show him what u wrote in this post. If he knew how uncomfortable this was making u feel then he would respect ur feelings and say okay. Doesn't sound to me like he's acting like a grownup boyfriend. He's hurting u and making u question if he loves u really. I think that u know how u feel really. It's not good enough. Show him this post or at least tell him what you have said. Explain that it's not on and he should really think twice before going on some website to have loads of girls rate how good he is or whatever. :spy:
