EOTD! First time using Bitter on lids :O

- breath of plum blush

I just had a question. With the Chartreu eye paint, did you put Bitter over that? I can't get Bitter to look as nice as you and I was wondering is you did that and that is why it looks that nice? Awesome job by the way!
