Ok....so I wanted to recreate Ciara's look here but change it up a bit. I tested out the eye and here's what I got. I need to tweak the liner and maybe do something different with the glitter. I don't know. I'm going to use Bing or Cyber on the lips instead of the black...OR maybe I'll just do the black lip. I'll post a full FOTD when I do!
