Hi

If you have tried these please let me know what you think about them. I'm thinking of purchasing these.

Thanks

I decided to be the Guinea pig. These are pretty much the same thing as a Mac Shadestick. The packaging is almost identical except the Estee Lauder packaging is blue and Mac is Black.

The product itself is pretty much identical to a Mac shadestick with just a slight color difference. I compared the Estee Lauder golden pearl to Mac's shadestick beige-ing. The Estee Lauder golden pearl is just a tiny bit lighter than beige-ing.

The only other difference is the price:

Estee Lauder Shadowstick is $17.50
Mac Shadestick $16.50.

Hey! Look who's answered a part of my questions!
I am making a quick search on the site to know more about Clinique & Estee Lauder make up products.

I have not tried much Clinique makeup but the Estee Lauder Double WearShadowStick is nothing more than a shade stick. Save yourself a dollar and buy and shade stick. I have tried Estee Lauder's foundations but I have never found one in the right tone for me.

Yesterday in a post, a lady told me that the EL DoubleWear powder make up was really nice.
I think i'll try this one; I am no more satisfied with the MAC Studio Fix.
Anyway, I will try and see how it goes (right shade, longlasting...)
Tx and be well.

I personally think that the EL sticks are better than Mac shadesticks. The EL ones are so smooth and creamy and they go on really well without any problems. Mac ss are sometimes a bit dry and you need to work to make them glide on nicely. Although the ones from Sugarsweet were better than the permanent shadesticks and I'm hoping that the new ones with Warm and Cozy collection are good too!

And what it comes to EL foundations, I do like them. The Double Wear powder make up is million times better for me than Mac Studio Fix Powder. It's not as chalky and doesn't leave my face powdery looking. Also it has really good coverage. I just haven't found one fair enough for me for winter months, but for summer I have one.

Thank you so much for your input.
You adressed my concern: an alternative to the MAC studio fix which does not work fine on me at all.
The french EL website does not have dark shades and the US one doesn't seem to ship abroad(unless I misread/understood this section).
I will go to a Sephora counter to see for myself the DoubleWear make up powder in rich cocoa, truffle or a third option which name I am forgetting while writing right now.
As I already said to someone; guys you're really amazing! Thanks for your help
