no its not. its available at nordstroms only. it was a nordstroms face palette exclusive... saks has one too with different colors

Girls girls!!! Everyone should know by now, that pretty much everything that is available and "exclusive to Nordstrom" is also exclusive to the Bay in Canada, and vice versa. This goes for Holiday and anniversary sets, but not for the prom collections. The Bay doesn't get those.
