every day mac face - must haves for cheeks, lips & eyes

Hi.
I am starting a collection of the basics with MAC and want to know what you would recommend as a naturallish (love orange tinted lips) face for every day on the eyes, cheeks and lips.

Do you have a MAC counter near you? If you do, I'd recommend going to one. It really depends on your skin tone and what you consider to be "every day." I tend to wear a lot of eyeshadow on a daily basis but a lot of people don't. Some of my favorites are Satin Taupe (brown/grey taupe), Trax (purple with pink shimmer), Sumptuous Olive (green/gold), but I'm pretty pale (NC15) and I have dark hair and eyes.

MAC blushes are some of the best I've used. For a soft look, Blooming from the Cult of Cherry collection is really pretty, and I also like Pinch of Peach, I think it's called, but again, it depends on what looks good on you.

If you can, I'd highly recommend the brushes. They really do make a difference. The Holiday gift sets make good starter kits.

For orange tinted lips, try shine manish from the Manis Arora collection. It's a sheer orange gloss which is also buildable.

Hi.. Not near a Mac in Country NSW Australia thats why thought i would get some opinions but now see your point. I am olive skinned with dark brown hair and i suppose think the jennifer lopez look is a day look. also, I was looking at the brushes and thinking i should bite the bullet..what brush do you use with the fluid line black track.

I use the 266 angled brush with fluidlines.

i use the 263 angled brush for my black track, justy started using the stuff a few weeks agoa nd this brush makes it very easy for me.

I am italian and irish, and my skin shade goes from NC25 to NC40 depending on solutions of diff products and such and if im tanning or not.

My everyday face is

Studio Fix Fluid in NC25
Studio Fix Powder in NC40
Mineralized blush in Nuance (honestly the most amazing blush! get it!)
Shroom e/s as a highlight, melon pigment on lid, bold and brazen or antiqued in crease.
Blacktrack F/l if im in the mood but typically not lol
Curtsy lipstick or Viva Glam V lipstick!
Curtsy is my FAVORITE lipstick because it is a ornagy pink on my unpigmented lips, but if i apply it lightly, it is natural with a flush of color, or i can apply it directly fromt he tube for a nice bright but work appropriate lip!

ETA:: i also loveeeee Tete-a-tint eyeshadow. i just got it from the CCO and it is a greta matte eyshaodw on the lid!
