thanks everyone! I tried somethin different for the base:: I used untilted paint, with pearl CCB on top then I used silver ring/black tied/ploof!

I also used iridescent powder in Silver Dusk. engraved powerpoint on the water line, and eyekhol in phone number above my lashes and also smudged under the bottom lashes.
