MadRadHair.com is a great place to go to see real people's awesome hair. If you're looking for a big change and am not sure what to tell your stylist, this is a great resource for pictures and advice on getting extremely cool hair.

I usually lurk the Mad Rad Hair LJ, they have a better variety of styles. Whenever I check the site you provided, I see the same style over and over, simply coloured differently. Then again...I only browse a few profiles.

But I do agree with you, if someone's looking for a big change, or they know they want something extreme but simply don't have any ideas, it's a great place to start.
