So I just did this today im really determined to get my face charts to be on point! Before I go to MAC basic training next month. The lashes r still not what I want but I will get them soon!!!
i was trying to for a more demential look so it was a bit more realistic

desert rose blush
lingering brow pencil
clear brow set

eyes
cork e/s
swiss chocolate e/s
bamboo e/s
blanc type e/s
stubborn brown liner
false lashes mascara

lips
prep and prime lip
beet lip pencil
of royalty lipstick
clear lipglass

I have tried in the past to do my own face charts however they are not as easy as they look to do...Fantastic Job!!
