Eye looks for SUPER fair complexions?

My sister is extremely fair (think NC 0 if there was one!), with very blond eyebrows that are almost invisible, and yea, she is extremely pale! I want to do some eyes on her that aren't too intense, but give her some definition...if that makes sense. I want it too look like she's wearing makeup but not be scary bright or off in that way - classy, so to speak. Any suggestions? TIA!

I have very fair skin and this is what I do when I want a barely there look:

I would suggest shading her brows in with fling eye brow pencil. If it looks too harsh blend it out with an eye brow brush or a qtip if you don't have a brow brush. Define her crease with a light taupe/brown shade like tete-a-tint or soba. If that isn't too much you can add a tiny bit of copperplate or other matte grey/brown in the outer V. Highlight her brow and lid with a shade similar to her skin tone. You can add a thin line of brown liner on the upper lash line and use a pencil brush like the 219 to shade under her eyes with a light grey/brown. Top it off with your choice mascara

Thanks for the suggestions! And I'd never heard of panacea81, so I went and took a look- quite impressive! Sadly my sister is wayyyyy fairer than her! Almost albino - but not quite - but almost- lol. Anyways thanks again for the recs! I welcome all others as well!

I'm very pale, too, and filling in my brows makes a huuuuge difference. Mine are invisible and filling in the brows really makes my eye-makeup pop. I think a light gray smoky eye is really nice on fair skin tones with a clean pink glossy lip.

I have very light blonde eyebrows and I use Omega to fill them in. I agree with the rec for Copperplate. A nice light grey eye would look good or perhaps a light sweep of something like Bronze to warm it up a bit. With skin that light, the whole nude lip thing won't work and neither would dark lips. I agree that a pink-ish gloss would look good and maybe a light pink blush.

Smokey eye is def. my ultimate fav. for extremely pale skin, especially using satin taupe, or just black, but if your looking for a neutral look I'd say ricepaper on the lid with either arena or era in the crease...you gotta do a little liner on the top lid too! That'd be pretty...

I use a bunch of different ones. Depending on the day I use Meow Cosmetic's Brow Beaters in soft brown, NYX Eyebrow Powder in Taupe/Ash, or Covergirl's Brow and Eye Makers Pencil in soft brown. Make sure you use a light hand if you think any of these are still too dark.

I think Brow Finisher in Blonde might be enough for her, pencils and powders might look too harsh!
