i'm going to just try using shadow to fill in my brows, since i can't find a pencil that i like. i'm NW15 and my hair is on it's way to being platinum blonde, so i need a colour that will be light enough to look normal with that colour hair, but not so light that it won't even show up. i'm thinking of one of the following:
MAC Soft Brown e/s
MAC Omega e/s
MAC Wedge e/s
MAC Charcoal Brown e/s
which one should i go with? or should i look into some other colours? they don't have to be matte finishes, but i don't want TOO much shimmer
