Eyebrows curved outwards meaning?

I was recommended to curve my eyebrows outwards, and not downwards.
What does that mean?

Can someone link me a pic with someone who has eyebrows curved outwards?

hmmmmm why dont you ask the person who gave you that suggestion? i hve never heard of that term. do you pencil your entire brow in? maybe you were making a severe angle?

looks great if your hairs grow that way -- if they grow downwards, you will have to pluck them until you find the point after the arch where they are neutral, and then draw them in. I don't know if this is a good idea for someone whose eyebrows are curved differently.
