Eyeshadow rec's for an outfit...

So i finally put together my birthday outfit. Basically, it's a see through lace top over a nude colored tank top and dark blue jeans. The lace top is cream/beige with metallic detail in the lace. And I'm wearing strappy wedges that are gold leather with a gold metalic white linen base (sounds weird, but they're hot) and I want to do a dramatic eye, but not too dark that it looks stupid with such a light colored top. So perhaps some reccomendations for a gold/smokey eye?

A picture of the top and shoes might help, so I'll put one up if necessary. It's very simple but elegant, but since it's a nighttime party and i'm its STAR, i want my look to stand out.

i did the hottest smoky look the other day with black tied, coco beach, and discontinued gold pigment. i know its an odd sounding combo, but it was coco beach on the lid, with the gold as a highlight very sheer, and black tied as liner, then blended very well with engraved powerpoint, and dramatic black false lashes. face was studiofix fluid, loose blot powder, so ceylon MSF, and a random nude chanel glossimer. basically, smokey, but natural eyes, dramatic lashes, and natural looking shimmer on cheeks and lips. its classy, yet sexy. and if you don't have the discontinued products, there are usually comparable items that are permanent.

how about something bronzy like casino/amber lights on the lid and smoked out with a rich copper color (can't think of one)?
or all that glitters with twinks?
hmm... the look i envision with the outfit you described, would definitely be in a earthy smoky look that incorporates gold tones.
or something that has a pinky/plum feel like the inventive quad. oooh... i love the inventive quad... that would look really good too. anyhow, either look paired with a soft, not totally nude, lip such as fleur de light, bare venus, babied etc

i was thinking of using all that glitters or honesty or honey lust all over, then smoking it out with bronze e/s and woodwinked. also, I ordered sensualize e/s and teddy babe lipstick online (both would be perfect) and hopefully they'll be delivered in time for me to use them. i'll take a picture of the outfit tomorrow since all of those are lustres lol i didn't want to use too much shimmer anywhere else, so i was going to use sunbasque/coppertone for blush and do a seminude lip with instant gold lustreglass to make them look supple. i think i just need to play with some looks.

also, since i'm going to do kind of a light eye, what kind of falsies would be good? please do not recommend #5, they're too drag queeny for me lol
