It depends if they are still new enough to be purplish in colour, as in that case I would say no, as the coverage is very sheer. If they are faded and silvery in colour they should be faint enough to hide with Face and Body.
If your marks are purple, get an NW select cover-up concealer and carefully paint the stretchmarks with it. The pink base of the concealer will work in tandem with your natrual colouring to cancel out the purple.
Dermablend/Dermacolour, one or the other, also does some heavy-duty concealers designed for use on the body.
