Face and Body Foundation

Hello all,

I am wanting to buy the Mac face and body foundation but am stumped as to what shade to go for.

Could someone please explain what the letters before the numbers stand for then it may help me.

Im usually pale but am starting to tan so dont want a really light one.

The only way your going to get a true idea of what colour is best for you is to go get it tested at a MAC counter. That way the MA can assist you in selecting not only the best colour, but the best tone

I am also fair and wear NC20. In the face and body foundation I have been using N1. It is really great and buildable. It is also pretty sheer depending on how little you put on so if your skin shade fluctuates a bit it still works fine.
