Then there are the deep cleansing masks...These masks are all different. Some have Kaolin in them (a kind of clay which gets into pores and brings out impurities), some have mud, some have seaweed. The basic principle of these types of masks is that they get into your pores and deep-clean, bringing out gunk and impurities. I live by face masks! I use a deep cleansing mask at least once a week. I have other masks I use too...I have a skin firming one, and a hydrating one as well. If you are prone to blackheads (I am) it's good to use a deep-cleansing mask once a week. I reccomend Elemis Lavender mask, and I HIGHLY recc. Repechage products. Go to this link to find out more about them: http://www.repechage.com/shoptwonw.asp They include a special seaweed in their products..Research has shown seaweed to have properties in it like our own human skin and blood plasma..so it helps renew cells and slow ageing processes. Yes, I would reccomend you use some kind of mask....One word of warning, though: DON'T go w/ anything cheap. It's your skin...It's your FACE...Don't be afraid to invest in it a little |
