Fafi used?? WTH?

Hey guys. I'm not sure if this has been brought up on here before but I didn't find a topic about it. (sorry if there already was one and I missed it).
I was wondering if anyone else bought a Fafi item and found their product to be used or returned? I bought the Hipness blush but it was Fashion Frenzy inside instead. WTH? And the box was kind of dirty looking. And plus there were two stickers on the box for the barcode (you guys know how it is al Nordstrom. They put on a sticker for you to return the item without a receipt. Well there were TWO stickers on my box.)
I went on another forum and found out that I wasn't the only one with a Fafi f*ck-up. This other girl's Fafi haul consisted of two used paint pots. She also stated that she found someone else online who had a really badly used lipstick (link). That sucks. Did this happen to anyone else?

I know they don't sell returned items because they have to send them back but is it different for limited edition items?

MAC is supposed to throw away all returns...opened, unused, dirty, etc. I would bring it back and let them know.

This is like the 3rd case I have heard of with Fafi specifically. I don't know what the deal is but it's sickening.
