Fair Olive Foundation?

Hello,
I am looking for a fair foundation with Olive undertones. I know MUFE has olive toned foundations but they are all quite dark for me. I found a great match in Alima mineral makeup by mixing 50:50 their Olive 0 and Warm 0 shades, and EM in Olive Fair is a pretty good match but my skin HATES them!

I think I am sensitive to that much mica, so I'm not really looking to try another mineral line.

Thanks in advance if you can help out this newbie!

mac studio fix powder has olive colors. I'm not sure what color you are, but my aunt who's more olive than me uses mac too. I think she's C40. but yeah you should definitely try mac. Bare essentials also has a range thats for olive skin.

hope that helped

you must be nc25-nc30 like me. i wear olive fair from EM as well. i recommend you try revlon colorstay foundation in golden beige. [if that's too dark for you, try medium beige]

Revlon Colorstay in Buff works for me and I'm roughly NC20.

If you already own some foundations that are too pink or orange, try mixing in some matte bright green eyeshadow/pigment such as True Charteruse. This is an amazing tip that I found here on Specktra, and has saved me throwing out all my old foundations.

Nooo... I'm actually somewhere between NC10 and NC15! And Olive Fair from EM is too dark, just one of the closest I've found tone-wise.

Colorstay foundations also break me out. I feel like I'm just not meant for foundation.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind if I ever find one that doesn't irritate my skin in some way.
Do you think a green toned primer would help?

Oh you can do it for liquid foundations too, I tap some powder onto a blod of foundation and mix it on the back of a clean CD case (my homemade pallet!)

Hmm I have no idea about the green toned primer I'm afraid, but its a good idea! Maybe try mixing it with your foundation rather than putting it on 1st, that way all the green shouldn't get too covered up.

Good luck
