Fake MAC lipstick?

I only have about 7 MAC products, so I'm all not too familiar with things.

I *think* it's fake. Is it? Yipes, I was seriously considering buying some Urban Decay shadows from this seller but seeing that makes me change my mind. 2763 100% positive feedback...

That picture is definitely fake. The top of a real MAC lipstick isn't flat, and the font on the lipstick is much smaller, and is written on the silver part of the lipstick, and on the cap (not the base part where the lipstick is on, if that makes sense) I'd definitely be wary of that seller

On older M·A·C lipsticks it is. The one pictured looks identical to a genuine old style packaging lipstick. Having said that I believe it is a fake.

Just like on old style lipsticks (of which I have several).
