Hi Ladies!
Last week, I purchased 2 pigments from a seller here on Specktra and I got them very quickly. I was super excited until I noticed that one of them may be a fake. Here's what I noticed:
No batch code imprinted on the bottom of the jar
On the bottom of the box there is "N/A" printed above the barcode
The sticker on top of the box although on the top right was a little "off"
The texture of the product seemed more "grainy" than the other reflects I own.
I will add pics of the jar comparing it to the other ones I have. Ive tried contacting the seller twice regarding it...and she hasn't responded. Im nervous. Can someone please tell me if this jar is legit?
