Fatty eyelids

I think I must have them

I always find that even when using UDPP that by the end of the day whatever colour started off in the crease and slightly above always ends up smudging below.....is there anything I can do to stop this other than cosmetic surgery

even UDPP doesn't hold your e/s?
I've read that MAC Paint + CCB combo works really well also, haven't tried it myself though.
