what one is best firespot or fab and flashy? i already have paradisco are any of these the same??? im blonde with medium skin xx

No,it's not metallic, not like amber lights or woodwinked are on me anyway.
Fab & Flashy is a softer orange, Firespot's a deeper truer orange. It does have shine to it, but it's not reflective like some other shadows.

I think Firespot has a slightly pink tinge to it too - at least it does on me. it's really flattering with blue eyes.

Totally agree. I also have Fab & Flashy and do like it but LOVE Firespot and have 4 back-ups. This is weird because I passed on it at first. I thought it would be way too bright for me but with a suggestion on here I bought and use brush #223 and I can make a light application or more intense if I want. I love this brush and it's still available online. I have fallen in love with Firespot and bet you will too.
