before. clean, moisturized face.

does anyone else listen to music while they put on their face? I'm up earlier than a lot of people in my house, so I need to rock theheadphones.

haha. I'm not doing anything in this picture, really. i took it strictly to illustrate the headphones ... and make a silly face.

the face!

it's that oh so special time of the month, so my face is breaking out more than usual, and I'm getting ready to go get my brows waxed again, so they're a little... unruly. I pluck for a while afterwards, but then I let them grow back before I go get waxed again.

Also, I'm looking for a foundation that won't hide my freckles so awfully much. I like them.

I'm using hyper real now. if anyone has some suggestions I would love to hear them <3

the greens look lovely with your pretty brown eyes!
I was going to comment on the brows, but then I saw that you're getting them done soon - great!

let me just say that I think its awesome that you don't want to cover your freckles because I've always wanted freckles but was never blessed with any. maybe try just putting concealer on spots you need and then an all over powder?

I know... I'm still experimenting. my skin is farely even around my freckular area. So I'm thinking that maybe I just won't apply foundation there and use concealer for any visible blemishes. it might fail miserably. I'll keep you posted though. ;] (ha! scrapbook. you posted almost this exact suggestion while I typed this. I see it in my preview. :3)

as for what I used!

FACE
MAC prep+prime skin base visage
MAC hyper real foundation
studio gear powder (for that damned t zone)
MAC new vegas msf
MAC mocha blush

EYES
MAC stilife paint
MAC carbon e/s (as a liner)
MAC humid e/s (I love greens and I daresay this is my favorite)
MAC swimming e/s
MAC juxt e/s
MAC nylon e/s
MAC teddy eyeliner (to tightline. in hindsight smolder was a better choice)
MAC prep+prime lash
MAC zoomblack zoomlash mascara

LIPS
wexler lip plump
MAC subculture l/l
MAC viva glam V l/s
MAC clear lip glass

the greens I used fade from the inside of my eyelid to the outside going juxt to swimming to humid, with humid in the crease also. and nylon as my brow highlight and the under eye accenting. (I'm sure there's a better name for that...)

I think this is the most dramatic look I've ever worn out of the house. I used a lot of the things I've seen here. I'm glad you guys like it.

and I'm glad you like my freckles! because I do too. >:3 I had a little falling out with them in about 3rd grade because this boy that I liked said freckles were gross. but I have since come to the conclusion, "fuck that."

As soon as I looked at your pick, I thought "awesome freckles" then i go further and read some comments you've made, like this one I quoted and I think "awesome chick"! you are too cute in every way.

awh shucks. you guys are sweethearts. C|:

and I really loved Universal's Peter Pan. It was adorable, but not in an overly chincy way. It was still touching and it still adressed the more tragic aspects of the story.
