ooohh and noteworthy, this is that last pic of me with my eyebrow rings. I retired them last night. I got makeup in them once and totally ruined them for months because of it. I just could take the crusting anymore. Sad day.

They're circle lenses and my favorite pair by far. I got them here: Adult Violet - Violet Color in just plano lenses

No you don't because they're from Asia. They're kind of like a do-it-at-your-own-risk type of thing. Honestly I've never had any problems with them, but make sure you do a little research on them first before you buy.
