Here's what I used (MAC unless otherwise noted)
Foundation: LM Warm Ivory
Powder: LM Loose Translucent

Eyes:
UD Primer Potion
Casablanca e/s from brow down to crease
Coppering e/s from crease down to lashline
Teddy e/l (put Coppering on my 219 brush and blended it into the Teddy)
Zoomlash in Black

Cheeks:
Tenderling and Golden Bronzer

Lips:
Oak l/l (outline only and blended)
Ornamental l/g
