First MAC purchase help (:

Hi I am Nicole and on youtube, trulynicole.
I love makeup but I've never gotten around to buy or even think of trying MAC but I think now is the time! I think today will be my first purchase. All I really want right now are two or three eyeshadows and some kind of lip item.
Here is my list so far:

Eyeshadows:
dear cupcake
something that matches with dear cupcake
brule or all that glitters or blanc type

Lip:
Sugarrimmed Dazzleglass
Angel Lipstick

Do you have any recommendations? I want something that is on the neutral side, nothing too bold. those last three eyeshadows i am debating what would be a great everyday color to wear to school. please help also any other starter colors would be great to hear.
Also lips i just want opinions or other options. THANKS <3

Brule and All That Glitters are both staples in my collection. I use Satin Taupe often too. Great neutrals.

And as for a lipstick, I love High Tea and Tanarama. Tanarama seems alarming but it looks amazing under C-Thru lipglass. My fav nude lip.

Satin Taupe, Mulch, Wedge and Girlie are my staples. For lips I love Viva Glam V and Bare Slimshine

Angel is probably my top fave MAC lipstick...but I never wear it alone or else it's too much of a bright bubblegum pink.

Blanc Type is a fantastic for a highlighter. Shroom and Naked Lunch are also great light neutral staples. I love Woodwinked, Bronze, All That Glitters, and Tempting for everyday neutrals. And if you find Angel too bright, try Politely Pink. It is my HG for a pale, pink pout.

Great picks so far...As far as shadows I really think that four shadows you can't go wrong with are Espresso, Ricepaper, Satin Taupe, and Woodwinked. I use Ricepaper as a highlight and an all over everyday color.

Since you are mainly interested in shadows, maybe you should get a brush since MAC's are so great...I'd say a 239 and 217 are all you really need
