Mind you I have no prior knowledge in the makeup industry but I love MAC and I attended my 1st technique seminar at the mall today It was great! I didn't even know they were having it I just was there and happened to get in because some people didn't show up. I am like their biggest customer so I don't know why I didn't know this I was just there last weekend shopping. Anyway, the pro artist was a guy named Casey and he was super nice and down to Earth. We had to buy a $40 giftcard to use on products. I ended up spending $84 and have the #188 brush on my wishlist now. I got: Strobe Cream (hope I like), #266 brush, Blacktrack fluidline, and Bamboom paint. I hope I like everything. If you're wondering why I didn't get shadows, well I think I am finally getting all that I need FOR NOW

if it's in a store, you need to put in an application with the store. and then take a resume in to the MAC counter manager and they should be able to direct you from there

I know this sounds like a silly question, but do you have to have experience when you apply or do they train thier staff. I'm new to all this so excuse the ignorance lol
