... so im looking for a new iron.. i was thinking maybe a chi? not the pink one tho, alot of reviews ive heard the original is better... OR maybe a sedu? ... hmm any recs ? theres so many brands out there

and ..

what kind of protector should i use? heres the thing.. i cant use ones that are like a wet or watery consistency bc my hair curls up and then my hair looks fried when im done... i was using this one from sallys in a orange bottle called beyond the zone thermal protector.. but it seems a little oily so my hair looks dirty when im done , so im having a hard time, any ideas ? :/

and off topic,, but i wanted 2 say thank you 2 everyone.. all ur recs and advice have helped me so so much

as far as flatirons ive heard better things about sedu than chi but i havent personally used either so i cant really say.

But for heat protectors, i LOVE paul mitchell super skinny serum. I know you said you dont like watery ones but i swear this one is amazing! its a little pricy though but you can buy a small sample size for like 4 bucks and try it out. Just use a little bit in damp hair and either blowdry/,let it airdry and when you flatiron it will be shiny and not frizzy/puffy. I love it!

I have the pink Chi... I know you don't want that one, but I have it and I love it!! My sister has an original Chi and we haven't noticed a difference between the two.

I like to use Jonathan Product Silky Dirt on my hair. It smells great and is good for your hair!
