ok..What Do I need to do to get a flawless face??? I use MAC Studio tech and other times the Clinique superbalanced make up.. I do not know if I've been to hard on myself but when I see some pics here I see flawless looking faces!

I have a brush very similar to the 187 from Jane Iredale and everything and I just feel my face does not look like that.. with my foundation on I can still see some uneven spots and a bit of a powdery finish...

You can use a natural bristle brush as well, like a baby kabuki, instead of synthetic. Some days I'll use my sephora baby kabuki to apply and buff in my foundation and it looks pretty flawless to me

hth!

eta: also make sure you're prepping the skin properly...moisturizing if your skin is dry, a light one if you're oily and that's what you prefer, or an actual foundation primer. Exfoliating a few times a week helps keep skin smooth as well. Of course taking care of your skin is number 1!

If your skin still looks blotchy underneath, I would suggest using MAC Studio Fix powder over top...I use Clinique Perfectly Real makeup, then I touch up with concealer where needed then finish with MAC Studiofix powder...use a fluffy brush if you don't need much coverage, just enough to even things out or use a sponge to get like a super-flawless face.

I use Studio Finish concealer & Studio Fix powder (sometimes the fluid also). The concealer really helps hide my imperfections.

Buff, buff, buff. Make sure it's all even and buffed and smooth. I use a 187 to get the foundation even, and use a large powder brush to buff on my powder, rather than just swipe it. A good prep and moisturizer is also important.
