i have been playing with wax/brow color/shadow/pencils and she-laq combos...and it struck me,why not fluidline? so i played with dipdown and a liner brush(vs the angle brush) and worked very quickly and it seems to be doing great. I want to try rich ground tommorrow. If only there was a lighter brown shade....

I love using fluidline for my eyebrows and wish there was a lighter brown/blondish shade too. Have you ever tried brassy fluidline? Also, since my eyebrows are black while my hair have blondish highlights, I fill in my eyebrows with soba eyeshadow using the 266 brush and then use the MAC brow set in sophisticated. It makes my eyebrows lighter, and I love it since it matches my hair.

I have dark brown hair, but what I do is line my eyes w/Blacktrack, then fill my brows with whatever's left on the brush.

I am nw20 fair/med so dipdown is OK but I wish there was a dark blonde/lt brn.
I wonder what brassy would look like???

Wow, I'm intrigued. Do you kind of brush/comb it out afterwards? I just keep imagining it looking clumpy.

I bet those really harsh angle brushes that they seem to always include in the brush sets would work well for this,....I always thought those were a waste,.. I have 2 or three but maybe I have now found a use for them.

HAHAHA WOW! I was just thinking about this when I went to sleep last night! I just bought the 208 brush at a MAC MAster class, and I was wondering about FL as brow color.

Doesn't it look clumpy or gloppy? How do you keep it from getting that way?

Brassy would look nice for blonde. The only problem might be the metallic sheen it has. (I have ever single FL color)

Also, Nightfish would make a great color too- nicer than blacktrack or dipdown.

It doesn't look clumpy if you use it as a liner first... that way, most of the product has left the brush and leaves faint remains left, which you put onto your brows. The 266SE is great for brows, cuz it's stiffer than the regular 266.

I use my liner brush and sort of work the product into it in the fl lid, as if it were a thick acrylic paint.
This sort of regains the brushshape. Also a little goes a long way with this technique. but beware as it dries quickly.
I should do a tutorial for it

I have tried it with hard angle brushes- but prefer the liner. I love to do my brows with angle brush when using powder and wax!

I've tried Nightfish Fl in my brows, and its staying power is of course awesome since it's a fl, but it was actually scary dark on me :p
