Sadly no, my friend says that there's a new Sephora in the Scarbrough town centre though ahaha.

It would be awesome! And it'd be a freestanding store.. no need to trek so far for pans and palettes!

But ah well. And I heard about the Sephora @ ScarTown too - I hope to have a chance to visit that one soon!

I was just there yesterday (grand opening)... it's pretty good. I'm so glad to have a Sephora actually near me now. Before, the closest was Yorkdale, which is like 1 hour away. It was jam packed yesterday though... but I can't wait to stop by when the 'new-ness' of everything has died down so that I can browse comfortably!

That'd be so totally crazy wonderful if it's true! :cartwheel: I guess that won't come about till late this year, but hey, it's great to know I don't have to trek to Scarborough Town or Yorkdale if I just want a MAC item. Right now I really want the Couture Prestigious lipglass but I can't justify going over just for that! Don Mills would be so much better!

Before they tore down the whole mall, a freestanding MAC store was one of the new stores in the proposed 'new and better' Don Mills. I just went by it a week ago, and the entire mall is down to the ground... My friend works near there and said that it'll be a good while before it opens again.

On btw, this is the Don Mills mall at Don Mills and Lawrence, if that helps.

^ Wow, I can't believe it's actually gone... I used to live near there, actually closer to the Ontario Science Centre, so I didn't go over much but it was such a fixture in the community... well, if something better's on the way, I'll welcome it with open arms, especially if I can fill those arms with MAC!

Ok so I'm not from Canada but I know MAC is opening a ton of new stores soon in the US so I wouldn't be surprised if there were talks of a new store opening up near you guys. They just opened a counter on Black Friday and there are two new freestanding stores that I scheduled to open in April.

E-mail MAC and ask it's your best shot.
