Very pretty colors! Have you tried M.A.C. Creme Colour Base? Or Urban Decay Primer Potion? I think it will make the colors more vibrant...unless you prefer the sheerer shadow look. Either way, this is very pretty.

I use gladly as Base: Urban Decay Cream-eyeshadow, Mac Paints or another cream-eyeshadow.

With cream color base I do not get along.
