I used:

Kryolan aqua colours - silver one
old gold crease and way above it
kelly green outer corner and in crease
freshwater & blue pigment (blue wasn't working for me, so I used freshwater the most) on inner corner and swept across
pollen as highlight (ha, like I needed one with all that shine!)
too faced lava gloss black liner on waterline
