OVER A BLUE BASE
AND VALLUM ON THE FLUID LINE
NYLON

I USE A WATER COLOUR FACE PAINT.. STUFF USED FOR CLOWNS HHEHEHE
AS MY BASES,, THEY ARE VERY GOOD FOR GIVING BOLD COLOURS...
AND APPLY THE SHADOW OVER THEM ...
