I received this beautiful Giorgio Armani palette in a swap as the person clearly told me she didn't think they had any depth of color and were not pigmented whatsoever. I gave it a shot using the new Mac pot "painterly" as a base. I'll post better pictures later. This is just to give you an idea.

The thing with these palettes is that it goes on "layered" -- you won't get the darker effect with just one application. Using a harder brush helps. I initially started with the Mac 213 and wasn't getting anywhere, switched to the 239.

Here is a swatch I made yesterday outside.

Naturally they are not pigmented as Mac or UD -- but they are pretty, delicate. Definitely not worth the price of $55. I love highly pigmented products, and this is not that pigmented. For those who like some color definition without anything over the top.
