Stila "Cloud" to highlight
Stila "Viola" & Mac pigment "Pinked Mauve" in the lid area.
Mac eyeliner "Powerplum" on the upper lid
Mac Pigment "Pinked Mauve" on lower lid
Benefit pencil "Sable"
Blush Nars "sin"
Lorac "Smoochin" on lips

I've tried to take a full shot of the face, next time it will be better, I promise.
