Hi kitties and cuties! I am such a whore, I know... and I swear that I was not going to post a look today because overkill is well... overkill ya know. However, I drove a hundred thousand miles to get to Barney's today to finally satisfy my need for Shu shadows and for the love of Jose, they were out of everything I wanted; except for Silver 945 and Gold 390. I was able to pick up all the blushes that I wanted and the face powder (which is heaven in a jar) and further consoled myself at the Nars counter and picked up a few thingies.
I came home; groomed my eyebrows and tried out this look; that I love more than a lot so I wanted to share with you guys.
So, here is what I used.
I applied Stereo Rose all over my face using the MAC 187.
Start with Bare Canvas as a base along the entire lid.
Bagatelle Eyeshadow applied with the 202 sponge applicator along the inner third of the inner lid.
Shu Silver 945 applied with an angled brush along the outer two-third of the upper lid and blended into the crease.
Rice Paper Eyeshadow to highlight the brow bone.
Forest Green Pigment mixed with medium and applied along the upper lash line. Forest Green Pigment applied along the lower lashline and pulled down. Blend this well here because this color is intense and unblended, it is too much!
On my cheeks, I used Shu's P Brown 77 Glow On and on my lips is Pillow Talk (Nars)
Okay... so it looks a lot like my other neutral look but I swear, in person, the color is so much more different and vibrant. I might have to learn how to change the settings on my camera :/
