The dewy look comes from both the setting powder and the blush which is slightly shimmery too. First, I use a colour slightly darker than my skintone for contouring with a smaller, more dense brush under my cheekbones. Then I take a more fluffy blush to apply the actual blush colour on the cheekbones. And blend....
