So I live in Texas and it's hot like all year around (it's december and it's like 80 degrees out here). I'm gonna shop around (again) for some new foundation and I was just wondering if ya'll can help me out! I'm looking for a foundation that like doesn't get all ugly when I sweat or when it rains. I'm also looking for a foundation primer but I don't know what to get. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
