foundation help ?!

well, my sister is gonna b 14 and she has pretty bad/stubborn acne, and bc of it her face isnt smooth so wearing foundation isntthe easiest... i was wondering if anyone had afoundation rec for her.. powder foundation look cakey on her so those never work

and with a liquid foundation idk where 2 start looking bc i think if it has 2 much coverage or thick it might look weird bc he face texture isnt smooth...so if u have any recs, my sister and i would greatly appreciate it

i think tinted moisterisers give great coverage for acne prone skin

Why not something like Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer Oil-Free? Along with a good concealer, also oil free to put on her blemishes? It would look quite natural.
