Hello Ladies,

I need your help. I have Mac foundation & MUFE foundation and both of them make my skin look ashy. Am I wearing the wrong shade? I want my foundation to look luminious not dry & ashy. Any recommendations or suggestions?

TIA

Normally if it looks ashy it is too light..also make sure you are using a moisturizer before applying foundation...I also use a primer as well

There could be a number of reasons why you look ashy. The foundation might be too light, you might need to moisturize before application, you might need a primer, and maybe you need to exfoliate before using either moisturizer/primer/foundation

Hi, i'm new here so please bear with me. =)

I currently have a Loreal True Match foundation and a Mac mineralized satin finish and the Mac one turns orange on me. Well, partically. I have drier parts on my skin on my cheek bones and near my chin, and the Mineralized Satin finish turns really orange and glittery right there. Its the worst when its sunny too. I usually use a setting powder, but when i do, it is a transluscent powder anyways.

Anyone know what to do?

I asked the MUA at MAC and they didnt help at all. =(
