Hi everyone, im a make up artist just starting out and im looking at doing bridal make up, i cant belive how confuseing it is looking for the right foundations! i have looked ant reviwes on some and the ones im intrested in are the make up forever HD and dior forever or chanel pro lumiere ive heard good and bad rewies on all these any help on tried and tested ones would be very gratful even new ideas for foundations would be helpfull too???

It should also be noted that Pro Lumiere was discontinued last year and replaced with Perfection Lumiere. I'm not sure I'd recommend regular Photoready for use in a kit, if only because of the light-reflecting particles (or whatever it is) in it. Not good for an oily skin. (The mousse version may be okay, though.) Colorstay would work for a kit, though.

I wouldn't recommend PhotoReady, but Colorstay is a fabulous foundation. I would also recommend Armani foundations. They photograph gorgeous.

Thank you Ladies thats really helpful!! I live in Wales and don't think o can get Armani and no where dies the make up forever Which I really want to try! I have tested the Estée Lauder double wear light, and I like it Does any one have an opinion on it????

You can buy Makeup For Ever at Guru Makeup Emporium in London (they also have a website - gurumakeupemporium.com). As for Armani ~ http://www.giorgioarmanibeauty.co.uk/ (Perhaps it's in one of the UK department stores as well?)
