Gettin' some love for loving MAC!

I had a great experience at a counter lately because of a MA named Erin (sp?). At first, I was the only one at the counter was taking my time looking at stuff so one of the girls took off for a break, leaving Erin on her own. Eventually more customers came around, but Erin always took the time to see if I had any questions before attending to someone new. It made me feel so special! Even though I told her I could wait till she answered someone else's quick question, she would say "You were here first, so I'll answer your questions first." I just wanted to hug her!

So I emailed customer service through MAC.ca, and just saw their reply (which landed in my junk mailbox, grr) thanking me for taking the time to tell them about a counter visit made great by an awesome employee, and as a gesture of thanks they're sending me a gift!!

I have no clue what it is, heck, it might just a small little souvenir thingy, but wow, that just makes me feel even more special! I didn't know MAC would do this!

I did the same thing, no gift though. But I got a phone call from the MAs I wrote about thanking me, which was really sweet.
