Getting this look with MAC?

This was the inspiration for one of the challenges, but I am hoping someone can give me suggestions to recreate this look with MAC... (Or other brands if you think necessary) TIA!

I have a few ideas for you....

You could mix frost and Kitchmas pigment for the eyes or go a bit more metallic with beautiful lovely Platinum Pigment.
For the top lash line Blacktrack fluidline

For the cheeks Fleur Power mixed with Harmony or Tantone depending on your coloring.

For the lips hmmm.....MAC double shot l/s
