gift help! best liquid eyeliner?

my friend wanted a liquid eyeliner for christmas and i wanted to know if anyone recommended one as the best one to get her. i want to get her the best one possible.

she also wanted a non sticky lipgloss if you have any recs for that.

Hmm, what colors does she like to wear? Or, what is her coloring? MAC's liquidlast liners are good IMO, but they come in a lot of colors. Same for the lipglosses.

*~*Hmmm....good questions!!! For the liquid eyeliner, I rec'd. Lancome Artliner or Chanel Automatic Liquid Eyeliner (both Nicole Richie & Lily Allen use this). For glosses (my specialty!!) the best ones are kind of sticky, but I

DiorKiss...it's seriously one of my faves!!! I find that if you wear a lip balm underneath they aren't as sticky. The best shades of DiorKiss are Hazelnut Lychee, Spicy Guava, & Snow Cherry. Stila lip glaze in Brown Sugar is also a great one...MAC lipgelee's aren't sticky at all...they are actually pretty smooth. Another good/non-sticky one is Clinique Superbalm gloss; it's really moisturizing and glossy!!!

I actually prefer Wet N Wild or Almay. I don't believe Wet N Wild liquid eyeliner comes with a felt tip brush, so I use a small, stiff tipped brush to apply it.

she's got brown hair, brown eyes, and kinda pale skin. maybe like mine or a tad paler and i'm a NW 20.

i got her a lipgloss quad today at sephora. it's the oceanic quad from cargo. i personnely love their lipgloss and it's not sticky at all.

thanks for all the help on the best liquid eyeliners. after trying some out today i think i wanna buy myself one too.

Revlon colourstay liquid eyeliner!! Design is not great, but it stays on the whole day, even for someone with horrible oily eyelids like mine. If she's a newbie to liquid eyeliner, she may need some practice with it though, but it's worth it because it's precise, stays on the whole day, and it's not expensive

MAC actually has the LE liquid liners in their holiday collection - as well, I love urban decay glitter eyeliners.

For non-sticky glosses, I love dior glosses (dior addict as well as diorkiss), as well as MAC lustreglasses

NARS comes in so many fab colors. Comes with a brush, but I prefer to use my own...and the little jar is wide enough to accept a mascara wand-so that means my favorite colors like Ghost (metallic lavender) make great mascaras as well.

I find MAC lipglasses to be sooooo sticky! It's something I really don't like about them. Lustreglasses are a bit better, but still way sticky.

The perfect non-sticky lipglasses is Rimmel Lip Vinyl. Its cheap, you can find it at walmart or target or CVS, and it comes in a lot of pretty colors. Eastend Snob and Snog <333 are must haves!!!
