Gift Help:Finishing Powder

Hello!
I have been searching for weeks for a gift for my sister. She wants a finishing powder that gives her a glow all over.
I thought of natural MSF, but I broke out from it and My sister has the same skin type as me.
She wants a finishing powder for over her foundation.

I would like it to be under $30 and from sephora or Mac

Hmmm, I am still pretty new to MAC's foundations and powders but I think they have some iridescent powders (loose and pressed) as well as the usual range of powder, i.e. blotting and general loose. I wish I could be of more help! I would have said lightscapade, but since it reacts badly with your skin that is definately out. Good luck on your searc though!

Only the natural skinfinishes broke me out. I love love love my lightscapade!

I will look more into the iridescent!

I would get Yves Saint-Laurent's "Poudre Sur Mesure", their semi loose powder is incredibly luxurious and has illuminating properties, it's my favorite. And doesn't cake at all. Plus, it's not messy because you control the amount of powder you get and the golden YSL packaging is beautiful.
